This NFPA ProBoard program will provide you with extensive tool time. The program will develop skills meeting and exceeding the NFPA 1006 (2021 ed) standard for operations level extrication. Utilizing modern equipment and techniques, students will be challenged with various scenarios under realistic circumstances.

Prerequisites:

RI fire service member
RIFA waiver
Firefighter II
Current EMT or EMR license

PPE Requirements:

Firefighting turnout gear
Fire or Rescue style helmet
Extrication style gloves
Eye and ear protection
