  • Apply Online: Event Permit Application
    • This form is for events occurring on state property or municipalities requiring a permit from the State Fire Marshal's Office.  Applications must be submitted at least thirty (30) days in advance.
  • Apply Online: Event Structure Permit Application
    • This form is for tents, 350 square feet or larger, on state property or municipalities requiring a permit from the State Building Code Commission.  Applications must be submitted at least thirty (30) days in advance.  As a reminder, all tents must have a current flame certificate and tag affixed to the tent.
