This NFPA Pro Board program will provide you with extensive tool time. The program will develop skill meeting and exceeding the NFPA 1006 standard for operations level certification. Utilizing modern equipment and techniques, students will be challenged with realistic scenarios.

Prerequisites:

• Rhode Island Fire Service Member
• RIFA Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form
• Pro Board Rope Rescuer 1 certificate
• Current EMT license or EMR certification

PPE Requirements:

• Firefighting turnout gear
• Fire or rescue style helmet
• Extrication style gloves
• Eye and ear protection
