This NFPA ProBoard program will provide you with extensive tool time. The program will develop skills meeting and exceeding the NFPA 1006 standard for operations level extrication. Utilizing modern equipment and techniques, students will be challenged with various techniques under realistic circumstances.

Prerequisites:

RI fire service member
RIFA Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form
Current EMT license or EMR certification

PPE Requirements:

firefighting turnout gear
fire or rescue style helmet
extrication style gloves
eye and ear protection
