NFPA 1041 Fire Service Instructor - FULL Date: All day from September 24, 2024 to November 21, 2024 Location: Hope Jackson Fire Department (116 Main Rd, Hope, RI 02831) THIS CLASS IS FULL AND NOT ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS AT THIS TIME. At the end of this course, students will be able to obtain certification for a Level I Fire & Emergency Services Instructor. This course introduces learners to the techniques required to deliver a course from a prepared lesson plan. Topics covered include learning environment concerns, training aids, methods of evaluation, preparation of outlines and lesson plans, and exposure to record keeping and report writing. The program contains both lectures and hands-on skills training, by student delivery of lessons lasting 10 and 20 minutes in length.
